Locality:Pensacola Beach at corner of Sabine Drive and Matamoras Drine, house number 207, in an established subdivision called Villa Sabine. This is on the Santa Rosa Sound side near entrance to USEPA Lab. Observed by Glenn Butts, FDEP marine biologist retired and Florida Native Plant Society, Longleaf pine Chapter.
Comments:This is a verification update on Beach Vitex enterd on June 7, 2012. At the time of original entry plants had not been entered into UWF Herbarium therefore was listed as Not Verified. University of West Florida Herbarium Record ID is JR Burkhalter 23580 (UWFP). Glenn Butts providing update on June 15, 2012.
